Since the commencement of Trident
Tyre Centre in 1980 our philosophy
has remained the same:
People
are our most valuable asset.
To this end we provide training at
all levels within the company. The
major tyre company we work with is
Bridgestone Australia; they have implemented
a national accreditation scheme for
tyre fitters, which is an innovative
step for the tyre industry.
We immediately saw the benefits not
only to our staff, but also importantly
to our valued customers. All Trident
tyre fitters are now accredited. In
fact, one of our staff members, Andrew
Jones received a distinction - the
first person to achieve this level
in Australia.

Trident know the only way to give
customer satisfaction is to ensure
staff are trained in their roles and
that they always remember the importance
of our survival (and their own) is
to provide the customer with the best
of everything: best smile, best knowledge,
best product and service.

Community involvement is encouraged in
all our staff members with many of them
filling positions on committees of sporting
clubs and other organisations.
Trident currently sponsor 5 local football
teams, 2 local netball teams, 12 rally cars,
3 speedway cars, the branch of the Holstein
Friesian Group and the Valentines Day Rod
Run just to name a few.
In 2001 Trident supported the Mount Gambier
Catholic Church and Childcare at Montebello.
